It’s likely that I will be the first person that you talk to at Breakthrough and I hope to make your first impression of us a great one! I’m here to help you in any way that I can so that you can feel like you’re part of the family. I’ll most likely be the person verifying your insurance, helping you find a good match for a counselor, notifying you of any important changes, or helping you find additional resources if needed.

    Amy

    B.A., Office Manager

As the Office Manager, it is my goal to see that everything runs smoothly. That includes delivering exceptional customer service and making sure clients and counselors have everything they need so they can focus on achieving outstanding therapeutic outcomes. I hope that you will feel comfortable coming to me with any questions or comments. This includes finding help with matching you to the right counselor, answering insurance questions, making or cancelling appointments or just about anything else.

    Dee

    M.Ed., Practice Administrator

My role at Breakthrough is to manage the business side of the practice which includes things like Human Resources, payroll, processing contracts with insurance companies, ensuring compliance, working with the company accountant, and generally keeping the practice “in the black.”

Sometimes I have to be the one having the hard conversations in order to keep the doors open so our counselors can continue to help meet the ever-increasing need for quality mental health. My main goal, therefore, is to work with you for the best possible outcome for everyone. If you find yourself frustrated by your insurance company and lack of clarity, believe me, I am on your side! I look forward to partnering with you soon.
