My name is Chelsi Brune, and I have at least 6 years of experience working in the mental health field. I had previously worked for a nonprofit organization helping low-income families navigate through behavioral health services and get the help that they need. Originally, I am from a small town in CA and moved to Arizona about 6 years ago. I love spending our days outside with my daughter and going to the movies. In the past, I have worked with many adults who have struggled with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem barriers and stress management. My approach centers on helping people see their inner worth, even when it feels hidden. This involved Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused and Person-Centered. Whether you've struggled for years or you're just beginning to question your inner critic, I’m here to help you reconnect with your true self. Together, we’ll work to cultivate confidence, inner strength, and a deep sense of self-acceptance. I provide a safe, supportive space where you can unpack negative self-talk, explore past wounds, and begin to see yourself with more compassion. In my session I will be using evidence-based techniques with empathy and understanding to help you move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling empowered but also help you feel heard and understood as you explore life challenges. I bring a warm, down-to-earth approach that meets you exactly where you are and walks beside you as you grow into where you want to be.
