  • Taking the first step toward seeking support is never easy, but it can be one of the most powerful decisions you make for yourself or a loved one. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where healing and growth can happen at your pace. My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered as we work together toward meaningful change.

I specialize in supporting clients, including teens and young adults, who are navigating anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), autism spectrum-related challenges, eating disorders, marital and premarital, divorce, family conflict, infidelity, parenting, peer relationships, relationship Issues, self esteem, weight loss and women's Issues . With over three years of experience as a Registered Behavior Therapist, I bring a deep understanding of behavioral patterns and how they impact daily life. This background allows me to provide tailored support for individuals, couples, and families across all ages, genders, and backgrounds.

  • My therapeutic approach combines the structure of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with the grounding tools of Mindfulness-Based Therapy and the compassion of Person-Centered Therapy. I also offer neurofeedback training. Together, these methods help clients develop practical coping strategies, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and reconnect with their authentic selves.

Are you interested in Neurofeedback? It is a non-invasive brain training technique that helps you improve mental and cognitive functioning. Neurofeedback does not involve putting anything into your body (such as magnetic waves or electrical stimulation). Rather, it is an EEG (electroencephalogram) that provides biofeedback through audio and visual stimuli.

Different brain waves are associated with deep sleep, creativity, alertness, problem-solving and sustained attention. Neurofeedback has been proven successful and approved by the FDA in the treatment of ADHD. It has also been shown to be effective for those struggling with sleep issues, anxiety and long-standing depression.

To begin, we start with a "New Q" brain map where we will identify areas of the brain that may not be operating optimally and then we will choose a protocol for ongoing treatment that will target those brain waves that are not in the desired range.

Neurofeedback is conducted in connection with traditional counseling therapy for the greatest results.

Whether you are an individual looking for support with anxiety, a couple working to strengthen your relationship, or a parent seeking guidance for your child, I meet you where you are. I offer both in-person sessions and telehealth appointments to make therapy accessible and flexible for your needs. Whether working one-on-one or with couples, I empower clients to understand themselves more deeply, overcome obstacles, and live more meaningful, connected lives.
