Hi, I’m Dan!

I’m a good fit for those who are looking for a counselor who is empathetic and can gently help guide those who are stuck.

  • My goal in therapy is to help you navigate the challenges that come with being human. Sometimes these challenges are loud- anxiety that feels constant, the heavy pain of grief, or the chaos of a life transition. But often, these struggles can be quieter. You may feel “stuck” and that you’re reacting to life instead of living it. Whether you’re navigating something that feels loud, or quiet, I provide a space where you can safely slow down, unpack, and get curious about what you’re experiencing.

  • I am finishing up my Master’s in Clinical Counseling from Grand Canyon University.

  • Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Existential Therapy we will work as a team to navigate the hurdles you’re facing. Together, we will focus on developing coping skills, resilience, and self-awareness to help you feel in control of the life you want to live.
