Hi, I’m Taylor!

I specialize in EMDR, PTSD, complex trauma and anxiety disorders.

  • My path to becoming a therapist grew out of my own experiences in therapy. I know what it feels like to sit on the couch—vulnerable, uncertain, and searching for a new direction. The guidance I received from compassionate therapists inspired me to dedicate my career to supporting others on their journeys. My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming space where you can explore, heal, and grow at your own pace. Outside of my work, I enjoy all things miniature, watching a good (or bad) movie, and spending time outside with friends and family.

  • I use techniques that unlock newfound awareness of your thoughts and feelings, offering fresh perspectives and empowering you to align your choices with your values and goals.

I can provide a therapy called Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). EMDR isn't just about healing past traumas; it's about reclaiming your present and future. By utilizing movement to process memories, EMDR helps keep the past where it belongs so you can focus on the present.

Overall, my approach is characterized by warmth, empathy, and a deep commitment to helping you achieve your goals. I believe everyone has the capacity to change, and I am honored to be a part of your journey toward growth, self-discovery, and your next breakthrough!
