I work with a culturally diverse group of individuals with various racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, and cultural backgrounds including various lifestyles, experiences, and interests; specializing in the treatment of individuals (teenagers and adults) who have challenges with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and addictions.
Common goals for therapy include restoring healthy relationships, diminishing symptoms of depression and anxiety, increasing communication coping skills, healing past trauma or loss, and transforming them to productive patterns of healthier life choices, behaviors, and emotions. My goal is to work in a collaborative manner with you to improve your life.
