Hi, I’m Nicole!

I specialize in working with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, disordered eating, body image, and trauma including attachment/developmental trauma.

  • As a mother of multiple children, including two sets of twins, I understand the complexities of parenting, family dynamics, resilience, and the importance of connection. Additionally, my 28-year marriage has given me a “working woman’s PhD” in the highs and lows of marriage. Strong relationships are built from going through incredibly difficult times and coming through on the other side.

  • My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I am also comfortable working with a faith-based approach when desired.

I am here to help you:

    • Process and heal from trauma and attachment wounds.

    • Improve communication skills and build healthier relationships.

    • Set and maintain healthy boundaries.

    • Navigate anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

    • Explore and redefine your relationship with food and body image.

Healing can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’ll work with you to uncover your strengths, honor your experiences, and move toward a life that feels more fulfilling.
