With nine years’ experience working in mental health, I know one size does not fit all and having a counselor that supports you, how you need, can make all the difference.

Taking the first step can be overwhelming. I am here to help make this process less stressful while helping you make progress with your mental health. I have a person centered, non-judgmental, and flexible approach to support you exactly where you are at.
My approach is eclectic in using different methods, depending on what works best for you. I use methods from cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment theory, and other humanistic and postmodern theories. I use trauma informed and culturally competent approaches to create a safe space for everyone including those in the LGBTQIA+ community.
