I am an LAC, certified in CBT, DBT, and EMDR. My mission is to provide a safe non-judgmental and collaborative space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, backgrounds, and behaviors with a focus on promoting healing from trauma, self-awareness, and personal growth.

I have worked as a personal trainer, health coach, and self-defense instructor for the past 26 years. I saw the connection between trauma and mental health and how it affects the lives and health of individuals and couples. Working in mental health counseling I teach practical, confidence -boosting skills that prioritize mental safety, awareness, resilience and transformation toward growth and empowerment. I want to see you succeed.

I have a bachelor’s degree in English Secondary Education. I have a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in trauma. I also have studied and am certified in sports nutrition, physical fitness, health coaching, and self defense.
