Hi, I’m Chelsi!
As a student counselor, I specialize in helping individuals rebuild their sense of self from the inside out.

My name is Chelsi Brune, I am a graduate from Arizona State Universality with a bachelors in family human development and a minor in sociology and currently working in my grad program at Grand Canyon University. With 5 years’ experience of working in the mental health field, I had previously worked for a nonprofit organization helping low-income families navigate through behavioral health services and get the help that they need. Originally, I am from a small town in CA and moved to Arizona about 5 years ago with my husband, and our dog Nova. However, most importantly we love spending our days outside and going to the movies.

I have worked with many adults who have struggled with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem barriers and stress management. My approach centers on helping people see their inner worth, even when it feels hidden. This involved Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-focused and Person-Centered. Whether you've struggled for years or you're just beginning to question your inner critic, I’m here to help you reconnect with your true self. Together, we’ll work to cultivate confidence, inner strength, and a deep sense of self-acceptance. Remember, you are not broken, you are growing, and I am ready to help you through your healing journey, when you make that first step.
