Hi, I’m Faith!

I’m a good fit for those who are looking for a warm and direct counselor to find change and peace with.

  • I believe that the most important step is always the next step. My clients often come to therapy feeling burned out, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward—but also full of creativity, insight, and resilience. I approach therapy as a collaborative process where we take the next step by leaning into our strengths. Some of my own strengths to support you include a strong understanding of disabilities, career counseling, life coaching, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care.

  • I am receiving my Master’s in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Massachusetts Boston.

  • Whether you're navigating life with a disability, exploring your identity or relationship, or simply figuring out what adulthood is supposed to look like, therapy can be a space to reconnect with your capabilities. I use a strengths-based perspective and evidence-based practice to help you identify what’s working, shift what’s not, and develop skills that feel true to who you are. I believe therapy can be both practical and deeply personal. Expect a mix of structured support, gentle challenge, and space for humor and self-expression.

  • Some of my favorite books that continue to inspire my practice include The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel van der Kolk and The Reason I Jump by Naoki Higashida. My all-time favorite book for fun is House of Leaves by Mark Danielewski. I am an avid reader, so please share your most loved books, too, if we meet!
