Hi, I’m Andrew!
I specialize in helping individuals process painful religious experiences—such as spiritual abuse, fear-based teachings, or shame-based doctrine—while supporting your desire to remain within your faith tradition.

I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and compassion. I work with those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I also help those struggling with religious trauma but still find deep meaning in their faith. You’re not alone and you don’t have to choose between healing and staying spiritually connected.

Our sessions will be rooted in evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, while always centering on the unique story and strengths each person brings. Therapy should be a collaborative, empowering process—one where you feel heard, supported, and equipped with tools to move forward.
Together, we’ll untangle what’s harmful from what’s important, and work to reclaim a sense of peace, agency, and authenticity in your life. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and faith-respecting. You don’t have to deconstruct everything—just what no longer serves your well-being. Healing is possible without losing your connection to what matters.
